Returns & Refunds Policy

At Brian Backroads, we aim to provide high-quality camping gear, fishing gear, hiking gear, luggage bags, and travel tech products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a return and refund policy under the following terms:

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • You can request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags and accessories included.
  • Items that are damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for returns.

2. Return Process

  • To initiate a return, contact us at [email protected] within the 7-day return window with your order details and reason for return.
  • Once your return request is approved, we will provide return instructions.
  • The item must be shipped back within 3 days after return approval.

3. Refund Policy

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days after the returned item is received.
  • Refunds will be issued in the form of Cash-on-deliveryor to your original payment method, depending on our policy at the time.

4. Exchanges

  • We allow exchanges only for defective or damaged products. You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery if you receive a defective item.
  • Exchange requests beyond 48 hours will not be accepted.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns or refunds:

  • Used or damaged products.
  • Items without original packaging or missing accessories.
  • Customized or personalized items.
